You serial does not belong to you, it belongs to the company who made the game. Therefore, it is not your decision whether you have the right to sell it or not, it is theirs, as you will notice in the majority of game End User License Agreements.

A serial key is like a "rental" key. It allows you to play the game. If an MMO company for example decides you are not worthy of playing anymore, they ban your account, AKA your serial key. The fact that you are in possession of a key does not entitle you to do what you want with it. It's like hiring a DVD from a DVD store, then rehiring it to someone...

... in which case you file a chargeback for non delivery of full product. Bank reverses charges and you have your money back, MMORPG company can stick it. :)

Why would someone need to take a screenshot? :confused:

The ad wasnt about trying to make a quick buck - it was about trying to save a buck by not paying for the software.

it doesn't work that way...you buy the product in-store then you pay monthly. If they ban your account, sure, you will stop paying, but they already have your money. And you pay in advance for the time you play.
