Breaking my mobo's back with newer heatsink?

Right, I posted a previous post on a 790g heatsink (excluding the fan) that I was going to add to the ASUS Intel P5N32-E SLI Nvidia 680i SLI mobo (http://www.ngrcomputers.co.za/asus-i...0i-p-4352.html) that I'm getting. I was worried then that my mobo could break under the strain from it...however now I really going to push my luck and get a Thermalright iFX-14 Aluminium CPU Cooler (heatsink) which is 790g plus 130g extra for the side heatsink. I still need to get the fans (a 120mm for the main and a 80mm for the side heatsink.) The heatsink does have space for 3 fans, however the Thermalright site does not recommend it.

Should I push my luck with this new heatsink, or will my mobo break?

I would think it takes more than 920g to break a mobo, but the strain might not be good for it.

All of these coolers are designed to be used on motherbaords, I doubt there is much chance of them actually breaking what they are designed to be used on.

Have you seen any other users reporting this problem or are you just worried?
 
Why the Thermalright iFX-14 Aluminium CPU Cooler specifically? I haven't seen it outperform the thermalright utra 120 extreme? Or maybe a thermalright ultima 90 which is half the weight and only little(and i emphasize little) warmer than its big brother? Unless you aiming for a 10Ghz OC(:D) maybe a smaller cooler will do.
And i doubt it will break your mobo.

Do you really think so? Cause if so, I would rather go for the Ultra 120 instead, but I was under the impression that the iFX-14 was a far better heatsink? Plus that might also eliminate the problem with the apparent limited accommodation that the Antec 900 (the case I'm getting) has for the motherboard... it only Fits micro and standard ATX Motherboards as told by their website.

Do you think the Antec 900 will be able to accommodate either the iFX or the Ultra or not at all (...)?
