International very slow on Iburst

Hi all,

International response times seem extreemly slow.

Anyone else got the same problem?

serveral European sites

1. Thanks bwana, didn't want to upset the spam filter.

2. Problem seems to be more European sites. anything that is not cached and not going via alternet is timing out. Also why is iburst routing via 192 IPs. This could potentially lead to conflicts.

found someone at iburst echnical who sounded really promising. he agreed there might be a problem. great start. ill get right back to you.... famous last words. things do look a little better in the evenings, but there is still a problem.....

iBurst in CTN's CBD was useless today, most sites even local did not resolve, email issues as well, confirm that the recipients have actually received any mail you have sent today!
 
Anyone getting these errors tonight? International virtually dead. Can't hit YouTube, FaceBook, Pholph or Explosm. Can ping them, get response times over 1500ms, and thats only if I get a response.
 
Am thinking perhaps its my laptop, desktop seems to be ok, so ignore all of mine. Still slow internationally though. Something to do with my wifi and suse I reckon. Really need to get ubuntu from Ambo *hint hint*
