Well the seller is located in Joburg. Perhaps you could organize a COD pickup?
I haven't personally seen too many shops anywhere in the country selling them. I bought mine about a year ago from the same guy on BoB.

I wouldn't bother with a slide tool - go for a modchip. Much better and less troublesome than a slide tool.
