Good day Photoman

In March I logged a fault with my ADSL sync and teleline. I then requested helpdesk to lock it down on 1meg/4meg sync. I received an SMS saying fault was resolved, but now i am trying to get through to the guys on 0800 375 375 for the last 3hrs to request them to step it up to the next level ie. 1.5meg or 2meg.

Can you please assist?

Hey man, I read your posts on the forum and was wondering if there was anyway that you could have a look at mine as since I've upgraded to the "4mb" adsl I've had serious issues.
