when trying to connect the device to the network i get an error prompt that says: Connection error: a connection to the remote computer could not be established. so the port used for this connection has been closed. for further assistance click more info or search help and support Center for this error number.
can some one please help me to get this device working.
i have tried accessing the help menue but its not allowing me to click on it.
