Quite right drove pas there this morning, on my way to work...

It is Neotel, the "Danger tape" all so draped in the Neotel Colors and Logo's.

Don't know where that leads??? it runs from about in-front of Vodacom in Lever Road, and they are busy in front of Blue Valley Estate on in Samrand.
