Downloading an ISO

Hi guys,

I have an urgent request.

I am looking to download OPENSUSE 10.3.

Is there a LOCAL server I can use to download it? If so, what is the address.

I need this OS for my development platform, but the College is too stubborn to sort it out for me.

Any help is welcome.
