Do you know of companies that offer rent to own vehicles?

Never heard of rent to own for cars. But it sounds very much like a lease, almost all banks can offer you a lease.

yeah bmw has something similar,where u rent it for a fixed peiod and at the end u have an option to buy it

Rent to own is exactly what HP (hire purchase) is all about. Buying on HP means you are renting the item from the bank including interest over a fixed period, at which point in time you will take ownership from the bank.
