Three weeks ago, I emailed Neotel to ask them what their plans are for the Eastern Cape. Have I received so much as a "thank you for your e-mail" yet?
No.

Not a good start, Neotel.
 
You should say you are from Bloemfontein. You might get a chuckle as response, if your biggest issue is getting a response from them :D
