I just received an email from Telkom. Hope to get their response soon:

If I'm not mistaken, RPM sent the letter on the 26th of September.

Took them a week to respond that they forwarded the message.

Is Telkom operating in the digital age or are they still using runners with cleft sticks to carry messages between departments?

No, It took a week to find someone to pass the buck to.

Poor chap probably hasn't even been warned, and as she is on leave he can't even ask for background information.

Just more stalling tactics if you ask me.
