Neotel’s consumer offering: first impressions

Another announcement about an imminent launch again. Will have to wait and see. :rolleyes::rolleyes:
 
I am pretty excited about the potential offers they will be launching tomorrow. I have been waiting for this for years! I think we all have!
 
Well lets give them the benefit of the doubt, atleast till we find out what they will be offering tomorrow.

R81.92 per GB(1024MB) out of bundle is not a bargain unless compared to mobile offerings

What about linux that doesn't work too well with USB? Can you run it in bridge mode?

At R600 a month....mmmmm....no thanks.

You're quite obsessed with Neotel "being" IS, what's the reasoning now again? (It'll be too hard to find your original post in one of the Neotel threads. :p)

It doesn't sound to bad for me, but most of us don't really want the CDMA service it looks like. I hope they announce WiMax or unbundled broadband prices tommorow. :D
 
I hope that Neotel will release for Deaf package only which means not phone not voice not SMS but only Internet with bandwidth is unlimited because sign language to webcam is very heavy - 150 MB per hour. Currently Neotel offers one package is R599 and it is very bad. I am waiting for good package similar to Europe.
 
Why are there so many of these articles? Haven't we already had comparisons?
