At least the judge wasn't phased by Telkom, ICASA or the useless Dr Ivy. It will take time but the monopoly will eventually break and Telkom will be forced to be competative; albeit kicking and screaming...
 
This is very good news and at least a step in the right direction. Hopefully Telkom will have the good sense not to appeal the decision.
 
LOL! I just realised I contradicted myself in the previous post. I placed "good sense" and "Telkom" in the same sentence. My mistake.
