Are the Neotell offerings completely mobile?

What I mean by this is: Is the phone linked to a specific tower, or will I be able to use the same device in Sunnyside-PTA and in Sandton-JHB without any changes or problems

It will work where-ever you have coverage - similar to a mobile phone. It is using CDMA which is the same type of technology as Vodacom's 3G - and there are no artificial restrictions placed on the technology...
