Is it just me or did the download speeds drop the past 2 days. I'm in the Sunninghill area, and I can't get more that 10kbps the past 2 days. Before I downloaded torrents at 80 - 150 kBps.

Maybe they did some shaping....... I ain't on neotel, try downloading something from www.mirror.ac.za and then tell me if u get full speeds

Downloading from the above link at about 59kBps. Stil a huge drop from what I used to get. Getting 3 bar reception.
