Neotel in the east Rand?

Does anyone in the East rand - more specifically the Benoni Boksburg area have Neotel?, if so what kinda speed and Signal are you getting?
 
Where in the East Rand be specific please ;)
I was there yesterday in the Edenvale area, and the device was not covered only around 2lines... I doubt that the area is covered :)

If you interested they'll start building a Base Station :)
 
I live just behind the airport, How nice it would be if they built the basestations on request.... lol

They would build it then all your friends would come over to Neotel, because they'll see your new fancy gadget is wireless ;) and up to 6 hours of battery time :)


Best bet would be is to contact them, and ask them if your area is covered, they've the maps. ;)
If i had the maps I'd be gladly to help you out :)
 
We also live in that area.

Telkom put an impressive mast up on Pomona offramp, next to one of their outbuildings (not sure what it is, but I am sure it's full of HELLkom equipment) - but ever since erection of the tower they never put an antenna in?

But by the looks of it they are prepping the area for wimax, as copper cables do not last 24 hours anymore.,
 
Stillllll nothing!... but I know people closer to the airport who have coverage.
