Default If you take USB Device, Will Neotel Swap for Ethernet when available?

If I take one of your Units now, will Neotel swap it for an Ethernet device once it becomes available free of charge?
    and the answer i got:

Currently if you would like to change packages, you are going to be liable for the device charge for the NeoConnect Prime i.e. R80 x remaining months on the contract.
Guess i'll have to wait then...

I'm sure they'll offer to exchange devices when it gets released. It would be ridiculously bad public relations if they don't.

You must be hoping! They will exchange it for cash yes, there is no way that they will swop out new models as they come out. Maybe I am wrong but I do not see it will happen.

I doubt that just wait for about end of the year.
I think by then the Ethernet devices are going to be out, but as far as I know devices with FAX, etc.

Will not be released to the consumer .

I highly doubt they will swap out the device, would be like Vodacom/MTN giving you a new phone everytime a new features comes out. It really would be nice, but not very good for their bank balance
