VC Balance Enquiry

Didn't want to post this in the VC subforum, since it's not really a broadband issue... but I'm trying to get my balance on VC via *100#, and it's not working.

It just sits there for a bit, then says "Call terminated".

Does anyone know if there's currently a problem?
