Which companies would you recommend to provide a VOIP PBX installation for a multi-branch company (3 branches - Joburg, Durban, Cape Town with future growth inot other centres).
Each branch as a 2meg data line (with ISDN back-up). Currently running a secure network linked to their parent company in Austria.
Telephonically they are using a Telkom PABX system, but it is proving to be costly and would like to look at the option of possibly converting to an IP based telephonic system to reduce costs. There are approximately 30 extensions in the Joburg branch (which will increase 3-fold next year), 12 in Cape Town, 12 in Stellenbosch, 15 in Durban (all will be growing in the next year.
