There is a new store that opened in Canal Walk. It is next to the Nike concept store.

I checked it out yesterday and they have shirts from all the different clubs. Flags, balls, bags etc.

Nice small store that just sells football merchandise. They also do printing for the back of the shirt.

Although i dont think it is the original print with the leagues logo printed into the number.

that is awesome! Hope your wrong about the authentic numbers, cos that would really be great :) Guess the FA have strict controls though. thanks for the news.

It cannot be authentic cos they do not have a print with the identical numbering. (if that makes sense)

Check the store out tho, im sure everybody will find something they like.

yeah :( I will feel a bit dumb walking around with an Arsenal no.14 with Walcott and have no premier league badges and the numbers a different font. But thanks, some gunner merch is to be bought.

Ya, sucks that we have to pay so much money to buy shirts from Europe. I need a new Barca shirt, maybe an early xmas present to myself.

Or i can get my girlfriend to buy one for me.

Cant get to the name now. Its next to the nike store upstairs. In Canal Walk, just further down from YDE.

Cool. Will check it out next weekend. Im not paying R1200 for a football shirt! Dont care if the printing is not official just as long as it looks the same:)

I bought a Chelsea away shirt with Lampard No 8 print from JustGadgets on this forum, brand new and real, R450.

wow...season? how? My Arsenal shirt with Henry 14 from I think 4 seasons back, bought at Highbury cost about R600 in exchange. So for R450...in South Africa...?

I just dont feel right buying a shirt that isnt priced correctly. With all the fake ass shirts floating around, i cannot understand how someone can sell a shirt for cheaper than the original suppliers.

Well, it was in the Adidas bag, but it was when the rand was still R7.5 to the $ and stronger to the pound too.

I think they do the printing locally, but it has the right logo in the print.

And its the current season black away shirt, Samsung, not Samsung Mobile.

Ive learnt my lesson from being things that are ridiculously cheap. My motto now is: if it seems too good to be true then it is too good to be true.

Anyways so what are the prices at this shop genius?

If they priced cheaper than the european stores then I would think twice about buying it.

The price at the store was the same like the Nike concept store if im not mistaken. Check it out! What name u gonna have printed? Torres?

Ya, thats my whole thing man. If i want to buy a Barca shirt, how can they get it cheaper than the Barca store?

Its a heavy price to pay, but i prefer paying it.

I think i'll get another Gerrard...in honour of his 10 year aniversary in the liverpool 1St team:) if not that then Agger 5 should do:)

I think i know where these guys get the shirts from. Theres a company in China(Cant think of the name now) that sell replica shirts for a fraction of the cost that the official shops sells them for.
Alot of Liverpool fans(The ones in England) are buying from that company in a bid to boycotte our owners Tom Hicks and George Gillette.
These shirts are very good replicas and only people who know their **** will pick up that its a fake.

The official stores are usually more expensive than the other stores. I remember when I was in milano the official San Siro store was 10 - 15 euros more expensive per shirt for both inter and milan shirts compared to the small football store behind the duomo. Difference was the san siro store had everything from both teams while the other stores couldn't match that.
