i wonder what happened to the "old days" where you could phone in on vodacom's customer's service and there was few options, but press 0 for operator.
nowadays you have to through ±9 ****ing options then some more and some more and some ****ing more.
i all i wanted to know is what should i do if my sim card can't be unlocked via the puk code, because it kept on saying code error eve if i carefully made sure that the puk was as it was provided to me and my new sim card code exactly as it should be each time.
....is there still a number which i can call if my cell phone is fubar without having to go through a bloody anal probe ?
