Download it directly from Microsoft's site, it will download on local.

Might not be local, but a really handy tool to download all Service Packs and subsequent hotfixes, especially if you plan on slipstreaming your Vista installation

Drop me a PM I will gladly cut you a DVD and drop it in the mail. I have just (two nights ago) downloaded SP1 and all hotfixes for Vista Business 32bit and Vista Ultimate 64bit. Was well over 1.5 Gb.
Of course if someone can tell me how to upload somewhere using iBurst locally and without burning another 1.5Gb of bandwidth I will help with pleasure.
