Guess Madelyn will be getting a mail from me in the morning

Have now got GATVOL

HartH, and anyone else keen for some fun, I'm playing virtual booki for the day, giving 3:1 odds on Telkum not arriving tomorrow.
the bets are open, place yours now!!

LMAO @ dorris...............

What the odds for getting it installed and running by the end of the week???

Dorris,

Telkom have been ass reaming me since 1997.

I'm an old hand at this. Telkom doesn't even have to ask anymore ... I just know to assume the position.

So hArTH...... has telkom arrived yet

Halfway through the day........ dorris.....u still playing bookie and what are the odds NOW

On a more serious note, this could be a good plan, we start a pool, everytime somebody is expecting TK on a certain day, they announce it a few days prior, each person deposits R10 into the pool and gives a date/time they foresee tk arriving, the closest gets half the pool, the other half goes to myadsl related causes, ie legal battles for our local webhosters (helkom/sentechsuchs etc)

That's if they arrive at the right address :-)

Dorris,
Stop it, as I posted on another thread, 2 Aug was the first anniversary of my application for an ISDN line. In 1 year 1 'techie' has arrived, wandered around, said 'no can't do this' and left. If we are predicting dates, we will be into the y10k problem.
