been waiting a week for my response...seems as if wireless operators are all equally useless...

I see you are posting this in the iBurst section which implies you are comparing sawireless to WBS. They are nowhere near in the same league and also use completely different technologies. WBS manages national scale wireless networks (the Lotto network) whereas sawireless, by most accounts, is a one man operation. Just do a forum search on sawireless and you will find that nobody else has anything positive to say about them, er him, either.

Most of the wireless companies are all small companies. They do not have a huge initial startup and cannot afford things such as huge companies. To top it all off telkom and icasa fights them every now and then causing them huge legal fee's

also emailed them and got a reply titled on vaction and saying they would get back to me within 24 hours

I emailed them back to tell them what I thought of them taking more than 6 days to get back to me (insted of the 24 hours as promised) and I got another one - really irritates me [:(!]
