Friends overseas want to call me on my cell without paying cell rates, and I know there is a version of Skype for Windows Mobile, but what about a Sony Ericsson C905? Alternatively, is there any way to sign up for SkypeOut and route the calls to my Skype account to my cell? Help appriciated :)

On symbian or windows mobile phones, it is possible, but on that sony ericson, i dont think it will work.

The only way is to get some voip routing system to send to your cell phone, but that would cost around R1-R2 per minute, because you would have to pay termination fees for the cell phone call

Yes, you can route Skype calls to any phone, including cell. Simply open a Skype account and put in some money, then route through to your phone (you need Skype Credit) . I do it routinely and it works well. You don't need Skype on your phone - it's a regular voice call even through the calling party is using Skype.
