I have received some feedback from Francois at Vodacom. Customers can now call the helpline for current usage which is great news. This facility will also be made available on the Vodacom4me website soon.
I must congratulate Vodacom for their efficient feedback and quick action regarding customer complaints. They are aware of all the problems mentioned on this forum and are talking action to address these complaints. More that can be said for some other companies…
