Good Morning

When I want to apply for a new I-Burst Connection (Contract)
what is the correct procedure to follow and who can I contact.

Do they first come and test the signal before completion of the
contract? (Currently in Juniper Ave, Randpark Ridge)

I know that you must fill in the form on the website, what is the
timespan that im looking at after completing the form until they
deliver the device?

Thanx :p

It's probably easiest to go straight to Radio Park (the SABC building in Auckland Park). It took me about half an hour and I walked out with the modem and was running smoothly about half an hour later.
I'm close to you in Allens Nek and always have 100% signal, although the speeds recently have been disappointing. I believe they're in the process of upgrading some of the towers so hopefully it's a temporary thing

:D I think not. Just check the maps and make sure you are at least in the dark green. If you set it up and get no signal you can return everything within 7 days.

They need proof of payment (ie bank deposit slip) first but it is possible to receive your modem within 24 hours. No months of waiting as with ADSL. To be really sure, and save on the delivery fee, you can even pick it up from their offices.

Picking it up is definitely a better option, as you don't have to go through their website, and the delivery fee I paid was R180..
