Port Prioritisation & Shaping?

Not sure if I have missed this somewhere else, if I have please accept my apologise. Does 3G have any port prioritisation at all? If so, what, how much, etc etc

I assume to do the cost, you don't really care how I use my 1 gig? So no port prioritisation.

Has Vodacom got a integrated proxy for web traffic, or is it fetched everytime?

No port shaping.
There are proxies in-line.

On the issue of port shaping, blocking, etc:

Because all ports are open, you PC is open to being 'port-scanned' by other systems, viruses, malware, etc.

Please remember it's always your responsibility to ensure you run up to date virus and firewall software on your PC to prevent attacks from other systems or malware.
