NVIDIA GeForce 9300M GS
Does any one have any performance issues with this card, I have got an Acer Aspire 8730G, and I really struggle with Game Performance, Left 4 Dead is running on LOW-LOW-LOW,
Here is some spec on my Laptop.
- Windows 7
- NVIDIA GeForce 9300M GS with up to 2303 MB of TurboCache (512 MB
of dedicated DDR2 VRAM, up to 1791 MB of shared system memory),- 18.4" Full HD Screen.
- Intel Core 2 Duo T6400,
- 4GB Ram

Not much better than an enrty level Intel chipset GFX card, hope you didn't pay good money just for that
I Paid R19 000 for the laptop. The Laptop is great, its just slow on the games, thinking of going back to Vista for a test run.
You should have paid more to get the 9600gm option rather.

It's completely insane that you can spend $2000 on a laptop and still not be able to play games properly. Blame Intel's total flipping inability to build a competent graphics accelerator.

R20,000 laptop and you only got a 9300M GS? that's nuts man..
But i got full HD screen, Blu-ray, and 500gB Hard drive, 4GB ram...
You don't need full HD screen at that size really. You can't make use of it anyway. It's a waste. And your GPU will choke on that resolution.

Laptops aren't really made for gaming, but I like its specs though
I know i could have built a killer gamer PC for R20 000, but really i dont actually play games that much. Just wanted to know if someone had a miracle fix to boost my GPU! LOL... And blu Ray movies work 100%...
