In all honesty there was a time when I tried to report on the latest Neotel News. I even contacted Neotel both the rep on this board and the company. Explaining that I wanted to report on the company etc, for the good of the public.

The response, nothing at all. Not to mention the fact, the sarcasim shown by rep in the other thread is disturbing. Shouldn't Neotel as a new company try to win favor with the public, instead of being rude to them?

For now I shall need to stick with Telkom
 
I agree man, I have been with them for 6months, and not once have my issues been sorted out. They are by far the worst telecom company in SA.
 
If you need help I suggest you ask for Albert Goosen. He went to great lengths to resolve my technical problems. The Neotel rep seems like an arrogant prick :D

With respect to you Linoman. Do you think if you called BMW or Nokia or Microsoft with the above offer you'd get anything different? They pay people to do this for them.

Agreed of cause I would assume that companies such as BMW, Nokia or Microsoft are already large and have their customer base set. The general public knows about their brand names etc.

A company such as Neotel which so far does not have a good reputation, could do all it can to increase product awareness.

I do think the bad service from Neotel should be more widely known, that way something might actually be done about it!
 
We all no that not only the Neotel Rep is a joke but the whole company. I will be cancelling my connection with them at the end of the month. to hell with your 24 month contract. I dare you to try hold that against me Neohell.
 
I see many people are having endless issues with Neotel. WTF is going on?

Tried getting hold of Albert Goosen many times myself, calls to him are redirected.

I agree that with a new startup company the Neotel Rep could have handled people's queries and problems alot better.

For a frustrated Neotel client sarcasm, rude or lack of response does nothing but exemplify how Neotel see their clients or potential clients, very dissapointing indeed, especially after having such high hopes.
