yo, posting this on behalf of bvd`cent, who doesn't have an account and asked me to help him. I'm using an account myself and it seems pretty decent so far. Sorry for the spam :)

Bravado Gaming, on behalf of their sponsor, PLuGG (a Division of Internet Solutions), are running a special on their ADSL accounts. These accounts come at the special low price of R22/GB, one of the cheapest prices for international internet bandwidth in South Africa!

This special is valid forever and is a month-to-month contract, meaning you can cancel the subscription at any time and is available for all PluGG packages: 1, 3, 5, 10, 20, 30GB which can be topped up at any time for R22/GB. However, only the first 100 subscribers will be eligible for this special, so don’t miss out. Additionally, when your account runs out you will receive the same amount of data in local bandwidth. So for example if you buy a 5GB account and it gets capped, you will then get 5GB worth of local bandwidth.

All you have to do is e-mail [email protected] and include which package you would like, your name and alias. Soon after you will be sent an e-mail from PLuGG/Internet Solutions with a voucher and instructions on how to redeem it. (All instructions are included in the email) You can redeem it at any time and you will only be billed (via debit order only) once you have redeemed the voucher. A reminder that this offer only lasts for this week.

The local bit is quite nice.... but I'll wait for feedback on performance before making the switch from Afrihost. I assume it is IS local though. Not so great...
 
Didn't these same guys have like R79 per gig? First 100 customers? Come on Afrihost did far more for us.

And the cheapest is not true, you are on par with screamer. "One of the cheapest." would be more accurate.

afaik this is a pretty good deal becauase the price is guaranteed on a monthly contract forever. That means you get the R22 per GB including topups, forever and you can drop it whenever you want. As I said I signed up to try it out and I've had no problems so far, getting a nice ping on SGS/iGame servers while using it as well. the one gig of local is also a pretty nice.

think its better if he replies to this though because it's his offer not mine :P
 
Hey guys, just created an account. Thank you stfury for posting on behalf of me.

PLuGG have been sponsoring my team for quite a period. I want to say Iv'e never experienced any problems and very happy with the service. Check it out guys!

BTW. With the whole "take it or leave it". It wasn't intended the way you make it out to be gents. Its just you cant hear my tone through text - hehe!

CZC - I was not aware of screamer, and have not heard of them. But thanks for notifying!

CZC - also Afrihost is serving at R29/gb, but in the long run, you can save yourself some moneyz! :)

Dont forget, once subscribed, the offer is valid forever ;)
