Hi,
Does anybody know if there are service levels associated with Telkom's lisence?
I'm waiting for them to transfer my business lines, and they just claim I'll have to wait to whenever it pleases them. (currently they project 13 June, which is almost 4 weeks after the application, subject to availability of numbers and lines at the new desitination etc etc etc.)
I did send an e-mail to ICASA, but after many days they have not responded yet.
