Refer A Friend is not here because it can be considered a pyramid scheme, and those things are illegal in South Africa. It's purely a legal thing and not a technical reason we dont get it.
I was looking for info on it when I found a thread on the EU forums where people were asking why Denmark doesn't have RAF but most of the other EU does, and that was the reason given for them as well.
Just create an account with a UK address, and you can RAF all you want. Credit card payments also work, but you cannot do character transfers to merge your two accounts afterwards (they are more strict on the CC being from the country of registration when it comes to account moves)

I don't understand the logic in this... Eve has something similar (Buddy system) that works 100% in SA
Like I said, people in Denmark are upset that they dont have RAF while the rest of the EU has it. I think Blizzard legals are probably just a little more cautious.

How much do they charge for it? On Ebay they are going for $10 to $15 including shipping to SA. Have ordered around 25 over the last few weeks for people at work.
IDKHave a look at their site some items more x-pensive but they can get it whert EU-Blizzard wont ship to SA
Just buy one off Ebay. It's $10 to $15 for it to get here, and it works on your EU account even if you buy it from a US seller. Just make sure the guy is trusted etc and you're sorted.
