How To Setup BIS - Blacberry Curve 8520

I have recently got a BB curve 8520 from a friend who got it free on his contract. He is with Vodacom. He did not want it so he gave it to me.

I am on MTN, so how would I go about setting the phone up for BIS?
 
I would prefer to go instore and get it done.

Anyone have suggestions on a store with good staff?
