    Angry Nashua Mobile

    Thought I might try here as I have sent emails and even phoned.

    Does anyone know anyone at Nashua Mobile?

    This morning I recieved the following email:
    Hello,

    Please find attached the Specials held by Nashua Mobile for June 2005.

    No I am not a Nashua subscriber and had no idea how they got my email, and was not to happy as it was 3.3 megs. but I read it anyway. Problem I received the email 4 times!. I replied to Calvin and he said he would check up with his IT department and was sorry for the problem. Well not I'm fuming! I have recieved the same email now almost 15 times today (over and above the first 4) I have tried to phone, and tried to email but No response. Is this what Nashua does to customers. As if Data was not costing us enough already in SA, they make it worse by bombarding you with 62megs of SPAM!

    If anyone knows anyone or who I can contact please let me know. There where about 450 other email addresses on the email list as well who I am sure are also quite upset at this point.

    PS: Just received another 2 while typing this up!...

    This has nothing to do with MTN's broadband offering. I see you have posted it on the VC site as well so I am not sure who you want to take it up for you.

    Was just wondering if anyone here knew anyone there to find out WTF is going on. The specials where the VC and MTN monthly specials from Nashua. And there is not a Nashua Forum yet I know everyone here is usually very informative and helpful with problem and thought I'd try my luck

    Sorry about that. Was not sure where to post but since it was to do with both MTN, and VC, I thought of asking the forum members if they know what is going on. If there was a Cell C forum I would of posted there as well as there where some specials from them as well.

    I can understand a mistake from a company, though bombarding 450+ people with over +60 megs of data at the cost we pay in South Africa should be a crime!
