Neotel upgrading some users to WiMax?

Don't get your hopes up. The upgrade to wimax for high-end users of neotel will not work until the wimax network coverage comes to the party. In Pretoria/Centurion and surrounding areas the wimax installers will have approx a 10% success rate in finding a freaking wimax signal. Maybe neotel should have checked the wimax coverage before they wasted a lot of people's time?
 
Is Neotel still doing this? What are the "qualification" criteria to get upgraded?
