Description:
Responsible for the sales of ISP solutions and will focus to effectively manage, maintain and grow client relationships within the overall Business Partner programme. Will be responsible for generating new business as well as grow revenue within the existing Business Partners. Effectively manage client relationships by regular courtesy visits, calls and e-mails. Recruitment of new channel and strategic partners. Manage the renewal of Business Partners client contracts. Create business partner churn awareness. Co-ordinating training to resellers of products. Effective co-ordination and escalation of matters to relevant business units. Assist marketing with Business Partner events, follow-ups and attending to these events. Maintain accurate forecast and activity lists/reports. Achieve sales/revenue targets.
Must have a min. of 2 years sales and account management experience
Proven sales & target achievement track record.
Experience in a CRM environment is essential.
Experience in tender responses and record of presenting proposals.
In-depth knowledge of IT.
