According to Hellkom, only Voice Calls are free. This sux! Aparantly they monitor the sound ont he line, and if it is modem carrier then the call is billed...

I am setting up a dial in node for my ISP, but I am using an 087 number, so it will be fine for the odd person who needs to use the service once in a while... then they won't need a log in and password. But if they are gonna use it heavily, then they will need the log in and password and get a normal dialup account.
