Is it just me ?

My ISP is Axxess , and have noticed on weekends my download speed is extremely low.I'm talking of 8k/s , whereas on weekdays the average is 14-15k/s.Any idea whats going on here?

I'm on ISDN 128K.My downloads with SoulSeek or any P2P client even trickle to as little as 1K/s.

I moved from MWeb with the hope that I would be happy with Axxess...but the same thing is happening

Well, everybody's at home on the weekend, browsing the net.

regardless of weekend or not i download stuff from Fileplanet EU websites at rates of 16-20 kbs which i leave overnight. My ISP is Mweb and have not had really any issues in the download area... just recent lag issues with WoW's gameplay which has gotten worse after the 1.6 patch...

dude depends from which site or what p2p sharing apps u use
your speeds will be what u get from the host
whereas when i had 128isdn i had constant speeds of 14-16k/s from ftpz, which i mostly use
