Anyone else tried Asterisk out? Its very cool, we can't wait to replace our hardware PABX with it at the office.

VoIP license in South Africa

Fellas,

In order to operate a VoIP business in South Africa is VANs license required?
How much is 512KB bandwidth in South Africa? And what are the providers of E1 and how much does it cost.
