    Graham Mackinnon is Group General Counsel at Cell C.

    Mackinnon was previously Senior Commercial Legal Counsel at MTN.

    Education

    University of the Witwatersrand - BA and LLB , English and Law , 1988 — 1992

    • Admitted as an Attorney to the Side Bar of the Supreme Court of South Africa on 18 April 1995.
    • Admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales on 15 January 2009. During June 2008 he wrote the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test (QLTT) in order to be admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales. he passed the QLTT with an A grade for all subjects.
