I recall hearing that it's possible to share links between your phone and your Chrome browser on your PC. Can anyone point me at more information on this?

Once setup its very easy, just click on the chrome to phone button in your browser and It instantly opens up on your phone, have only tried it over wifi. Quite a useful feature

Chrome2phone wow!
Features:
Send links to browser Google Maps links launch the Google Maps app.
YouTube links launch the YouTube app.
Selecting phone numbers in Web pages, launches the dialer with the number pre-populated.
