Guess Telkom must still get to the exchange and activate the service.

Whatever Telkom are doing it has resulted in speedtest.net screwing up my location since the 14th:

I'm in PE not Joburg and no my exchange (041360) is not 10Mbps capable according to the checker.

I can confirm that 041-360 (Linton Grange) is NOT 10mbps capable yet.
