Open a VoIP Call Shop with Dial-up Connection

Thanks for your advice and comments!

To many family that still rely on cell phone to communicate, maybe they will consider to talk to their relative or friend overseas from time to time through a VoIP Call shop next door, what do you think?
As for a business idea, if it is out of good conscious, and will bring benefit to everyone involved, maybe it is also worthwhile to share it on your forum, and get some feed back from the readers. :)

Sod of dog that's terrible. Try again mate. Technical details, why, who, what, when and all that? :)

I am not sure which aspect of technical part you are interested. Our system is designed according to the open H.323 and SIP (RFC 3261) standard protocol, therefore it is compatible with most standard VoIP end-user device (including USB Handset and VoIP Gateway), does not need any specific dialer like Skype or Net2phone. I do agree broadband would be the future for SA internet, but not at the moment. I am afraid we are the few lucky ones that happen to get the ADSL access. And in business, we think about how to make the most out of the least.:)

Thanks for your prompt Response!

Yes, I am talking about purely dial-up based VoIP Call Shop. You do not need to be a technical Guru to run a VoIP Call Shop. You provide client normal telephone or cordless phone to Dial. The only difference is the dialing sequence, instead of 09, it should be 00 for the international destinations. :)

IC, No, it is not specifically for areas where ADSL is not available, my point is you do not need an ADSL connection to operate a VoIP Call Shop. You could use your existing dial-up connection and normal telephone. Of course, if you have already ADSL access, you could always use it to run the Call Shop. Just the operational cost will be slightly higher than the Dial-up.
