Testing 3G Video Calling

How would i be able to test 3G video calling, cause i dont think it is working, even though MTN is arguing that it is activated.
 
There are three distinct services:
Video call (uses Circuit Switched): Has to be provisioned by SP
Video mail (also Circuit Switched): Has to be provisioned by SP
Video streaming (uses Packet Switched Data): Like the jamcams, MMS and GPRS this can be self-provisioned via *123#

To test a video call you can try to call 105 (voice and video mailbox) as a videocall.

Otherwise - check with your SP and ask them to demo it on your phone.
