ICASA Findings/Report?

ICASA said they were to release a document with recommendations about the ADSL/Broadband situation with Telkom by mid-September, its now the 27th and still nothing, whats going on, anyone have a clue?

I'm getting nervous since Nov 1 is on the way!
 
Have spoken to ICASA. I think it will be a matter of weeks rather than days or months.

As long as it's 1 day before the third year anniversary of our original complaint. :eek:

"SNO to be licensed within weeks!" <- I hope it aint one of those again.
 
So if we're lucky it will be another 3 weeks and 6 days?
Somehow I'm not feeling all that exited about it being soon.
