Dial-Up / LAN Problem

Guys has anybody had this before? PC is logged onto the network domain, all shares and printers can be seen, printed to etc. As sooon as a dial-up connection is connected, the network disappears and no shares or printers can be seen. Another PC on the same network and domain can do all of this fine when connected to dial-up, any ideas ??
 
i think you have to have file & printer sharing DISABLE under the network settings for your dial-up.

i use both dial-up and LAN at work and can access both. IE on the dial-up and shared on the LAN plus Outlook access.

give it a look and see if thats the trick.
