Hi all,
I currently using a HD ready 32" sammy as a PC monitor and it is all well and good, no input lag that I can notice and everything seems to be OK. However the 720p resolution is starting to get to me so I am thinking of selling the set and getting a new 32" full HDTV.
However I am very concerned that I will experience input lag with the new sets and that would grate my cheese if I managed to get one of those. As I understand it input lag should not be a problem as long as I use the native resolution and have the "game mode" enabled. I know the game mode disables pretty much all processing on the TV so I assume getting something higher grade would be lost on me. Are these assumptions correct?
If you have any suggestions on a set please feel free so I can research, I am thinking a 5 series Sammy would hit the spot as it doesn't have all the advanced features that would be disabled from game mode but also not too old that is is out of date.
What do you think?
