That was odd. Just certain sites wouldn't work. Fixed now though
 
Telkom don't route all their traffic via the US, some goes via the UK. I would likely depend on which ISP network the overseas site was on as to weather it would go via US or UK links. Should all fall over to other links when one goes down, but it can get complex to make it all work well in a big network with multiple entry and exit points.

JHB were bad since 11-12 Am
