Requirements:
B Sc, B Comm or equivalent qualification
A relevant post-graduate qualification will be an advantage
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Knowledge of statistical packages such as SAS, SPSS, R, Matlab, Statistica, Statgraphics
Knowledge of computer programming packages such as Visual Basic, C++, Java
Knowledge of data querying, database administration and dimensional modelling techniques
Knowledge of the healthcare industry will be an advantage
Independent decision-making skills
The ability to function on a strategic level
Define, drive and monitor plans to obtain and analyze key business metrics and translate them into implementable action plans as required by functional management to optimize business objectives
Interpret business requirements and translate into knowledge delivery
Translate company strategy and objectives into customized information solutions
Ability to practically apply statistical techniques in a business environment
Key Outputs:
Work with all management team members to define key business metrics that define success in all functional areas
Build and maintain technical business intelligence architecture and infrastructure
Utilize data analysis as basis to define new models and/or services that Company should incorporate into its business to drive internal and external successes
Develop Alternative Fee Models using appropriate tools
Maintaining existing models with regards to handling of queries, dispute resolution, customization and modification
Other Information:
